Having two offices at the port of Santorini means that our vehicles won’t leave without you on board, whether you book a shared shuttle bus, or a private vehicle to your destination.
As long as you provide us with a flight number and an estimated arrival time, we can be very flexible when it comes to airport pickups, since we keep track of every plane that lands and leaves from Santorini.
Simply contact us through your email or through whatsapp and we can rearrange your transfer at a different date with no extra charge. However you must let us know at least 2 hours before your scheduled arrival time otherwise there will be an extra cost for the rearranged transfer.
At the only ferry port of Santorini (Athinios Port) the moment you disembark from your ferry boat, you will immediately spot one of our two Holiday tours main offices! Once you are there our friendly staff will welcome you and escort you to your vehicle. We can also have a staff member hold a sign with your name written on it upon request of course in front of your ferry!
As soon as you arrive at the airport of Santorini, one of our staff members will be waiting for you at the exit holding a sign with your name on it. After that our staff members will help you carry your luggage and finally escort you to your vehicle!
Yes! As long as you request the cancellation 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time! If there is no cancellation until 24 hours the amount you have paid for your transportation service will be nonrefundable!
Our highly trained and experienced drivers will make sure that you will easily reach the door of your hotel by any means necessary. In case your hotel is far from the main road, we will send porters to assist you with carrying your luggage until you reach the reception of your hotel.
